running windows 7 ultimate 64-bit. clean install, a hour later it would blue screen and reboot on its own. sometimes if i leave the computer running for the entire day, it wouldnt crash. i disabled hibernation, sleep, and hdd sleep. this is on a brand new custom built computer. (my friend's pc also has the same specs except for the video card) but he says he never experienced bsod. i also have a old belkin surge protector that's almost 10 years old, could that be the culprit? here are the dumps and the text file from blue screen view.

Do a search here and on the Windows 7 Forum on Kernel power ID 41. Their seems to be many having this show up on the Event Viewer. I have not seen anyone figure it out yet. I am also getting this after a BSOD .......Peter
