Hey guys, im a bit of a pc noob when it comes down to the technical side of things the most i can do is load the internet and run music normally lol.

Anyway my problem is that i keep getting a memory dump bluescreen like 5 times a day and its getting really annoying. My pc was bog standard dell inspiron 530 basic specs so i upgraded the ram from 2 gig to 4 and got a new graphics card Nvida gt430 as i spend a lot of time on MMO's. For a few days now i keep getting this blue screen and its really starting 2 piss me off. Any ideas to find out why? Plz help a noob :D

Go to the device manager and look for your Sound card model, compare it with the ones listed on RealTek website and install the corresponding driver
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

As for nProtect(probably gameguard software) uninstall it

The realtek driver can be downloaded(you just have to click on the driver that your sound card uses).

Concerning updating, you should never use device manager to update drivers as it doesn't install thr new drivers. Always use drivers from thr manufacturer's website

If the intel auto updater cannot find the required driver try to download the new driver from the intel download center

Recently upgraded memory and graphics card and deleted the partition on my harddrive could this be causing the problems?
