I recently had a BSOD and retrieved the following error message: KERNAL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
What is this indicative of and how do I correct it?

when I tried to follow your instructions my Norton Security deemed the file not safe and removed it. I don't know what to do next.

The file is perfectly safe, thousands of people on here have run it. Disable Norton briefly and run the tool then enable Norton again. I wouldn't be surprised if Norton isn't part of the problem to be honest.
