Blue Screen. New computer. Help me please! BSOD

So i think must explain about this problem... I Build a New PC with mi own perimeter about i want in the PC. After instaling Windows 7 i instal aproppiate drivers that bringing the motherboard disk. The same with the graphics card. So this error has come: 0X000000F4 ( Parameter 1 , Parameter 2, ... etc) So i fear about doing something wrong on the installation of the OS and checked in forums about what could happend. And meanwhile collecting data i prove to see videos and playing games... The truth Purpose of the computer So i saw that the video stopping and the audio gone. When i tryying to tape with the keyboard its kinda slowed and tape the keywords after 3/4 secs so i trying to move the Volume controller... thinking why the audio gone so the bottom bar stoped its funcionality.:shock: So i decide to shut down the PC by the normal way with the windows key and pressing ''Shut Down'' But doesnt response. So i wait, hopping that something kindda ''de-frezzing'' happen and Blue screen appear again... Showing another error: 0x0000007A (Parameter 1, Parameter 2, ... etc) So i think it was the HDD. Then i delivery the HDD to the waranty manufactured... it says ''Be a problem on the partitions'' So it was formatted. I instaling again the OS with 230gb for the system and the other 750 was free... And the messages not stopping showing up

Sorry, but I have read your description a few times and I cannot understand it for a 100%.

You are running an ASUS Product ID on a Gigabyte board.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
