Hi,

I don't know much about computers, and lately I've been having a problem I need to get fixed. Hopefully someone here is able to give me an answer, and a step-by-step solution. In March my computer crashed, and the techs at my university reformatted it and installed Windows 7. Previously I had used Vista. I don't know if this makes a difference, but it might be worth mentioning. Ever since then I've been having trouble with a blue screen popping up. This happens when I stream videos online. If I view videos in a full screen format it's usually fine, but if I do other things at the same time (have multiple windows open) it crashes. As I like to multitask, this is hugely annoying. Restarting it is never a problem, and other than spacing out when I try to watch movies the computer is fine. I'm adding a picture I managed to take of the screen. I'll probably need to add additional information if I want anyone to be able to help me, but as I have no idea what is needed I hope this will be enough to at least get started.

Thanks in advance,
Linn

Ok, I'll try that when I get home this evening. Do I uninstall that like I would any other program, using the Control Panel, or is a driver different from a program when you uninstall it? Is there a chance something will happen to my computer while I don't have a NVidia driver, before I download the newer one? I'm sorry if my questions are silly, but like my post says, I really don't know much about computers...

Just uninstall it from using Control Panel then use driver sweeper as mentioned above
Nothing will happen but your display settings. They will be set to the lowest level until you reinstall the latest Nvidia driver
