Blue Screen of Death, while watching netflix and using PS CS5

Have been having some random crashes, replaced HP Officejet driver but it is not working correctly. Noticed a lot of DNS client events and other weird events. I've run Malware Bytes, super antispyware and windows defender scan with no malware showing up. attached zip file with requested info.

Update the BIOS to the most recent version

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

Try updating Silverlight through windows update. Netflix streaming uses that.

are you recommending the driver reviver software that you have linked to? Or are you suggesting I download it manually from NVIDIA. I have already deleted my drivers and am a bit confused. thx

I have only linked to the DDU software and a link to Nvidia, no driver update program.

oddly the word driver was linked on my end. Thank you for your help. I would like to stay in touch as I try to apply these fixes. Okay?

I'm installing the graphics driver now. I choose the custom installation for the clean install but do not see the Phys X driver in the package. Is this a separate download. I have deselected all but the graphics driver. Is this correct?
