Blue Screen of death while browsing the internet

My computer restarts itself showing a BSOD message while browsing the internet. Mainly when I am browsing more than one tab at a time and heavy volume sites like Facebook,Amazon etc.
I checked all the drivers and all of them are up to date. Also checked the memory using the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and the memory seems fine. The computer core temperature is also within range.
One problem that I think might be the reason is that I have not replaced my CMOS chip for a long time. Can the problem be because of it?
Kindly help.
