Solved Blue Screen of Death with IRQL_not_less_or_equal

Hi,

I've got a laptop I've been using for about 6 months now (Dell Alienware m15x) running Windows 7. Haven't installed any new stuff lately with exception of a new external hard drive. However, recently I've been getting blue screens of death with the above error message, abruptly, even when the laptop is not doing anything. Attached is a photo of the blue screen.

I've tried various things but according to basic googling the problem may be with a video drive. Can anyone help? I have logs of the crash but I'm not sure how to read them and they're XML and DMP files. Have uploaded in a zip.

Hi Arc,

I'm so sorry about posting in the wrong forum! Thanks for moving my thread.

I've followed your instructions and updated the driver. Thought they usually update automagically but oh well. Anyway, I'm 24 hours in and so far no crashes. Fingers crossed! Will mark this thread as solved if another 24 hours passes without another BSOD.
