Blue screens can be caused by the littlest things. I had a blue screen one time that was just because i didn't have my graphics drivers updated. But let me know.

Thanks,
Gamer

Hi there!
Here are something that I can say in general about the situation.
First of all I think this is just driver problem (might be driver defective or out of date)
In looking through the driver list, I can see this out of date driver:
Code:
igdkmd64 igdkmd64.sys Wed May 06 13:22:19 2009 (4A01D55B)
It is Intel Graphics driver and needed to be updated as soon as possible.

One thing got blamed is nsiproxy.sys which is from WINDOW UPDATE. Please enable window update

hidusb.sys is another thing blamed in the dmp. What usb device beside mouse and keyboard you are using. One thing you can do is go to Device manager (Computer-->right click-->manager) and looks for any driver that has yellow flag on it. If so, update them immediately or if you see them and dont know what they are, post a picture of it on here so that we can help you.

Please run system file check:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

One thing I can see from the dmp is that all the process running at the time of crash are svchost.exe. Well, based on my experience, this can be a signal that virus or malware is causing this. What antivirus program you are using at this moment? If you don't have any, please install this free one, it's good:
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

I can see stop code related to memory exception. Might be it just caused by driver, but still please run memtestx86 to check to RAM.
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.
