Blue Screen-!!~PLEASE HELP~!!

Hi I have been receiving some BSOD's and they are mostly named "MEMORY MANAGEMENT"
I am running windows 7 ultimate 64bit.
It is OEM
The age of the system is about 2 months.
I have tried reinstalling windows, still no luck.

Specs
Ram: Gskill ripjaws 1600
CPU: AMD phenom ii x6 1055t
MoBo: Gigabye 890 GPA am3
PSS: corsair tx650w

Please Help I am so tired of bluescreens, Thank You!

In the file you post, there are 2 dmp files and both of them show chrome.exe as the process running at the time of crash. You might want to un-install chrome to see if it helps.
Stop code 1A is memory management, but I would not worry about hardware. You can try to test your RAM if that make you feel better
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Another thing that I doubt causing the problem indirectly, it is AVG
In looking through your drivers, I see that you have AVG anti virus installed. AVG is known to cause BSOD, on some systems. I suggest that you uninstall it while trouble shooting using the uninstall tool > Info > Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection installed, uninstall it also >Info > Tool[FONT=&quot]. I recommend that you install MSE and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.
