Blue screen problem

My laptop freezes up randomly..and especially when I'm on the YouTube site.
It will freeze up half way through the videos and then I have to shut down
manually. Would appreciate assistance here please.

I am using IE 8

Found this rather daunting, hope I've done this correctly

The health report indicates that the Security Centre is unable to
identify an active anti-virus application. I am using AVG Free
Edition and is active. How do I configure Security Centre to
stop monitoring anti-virus status please?

I meant what type of device are you using to connect? Is it a USB device or PCI. Also, you uploaded the actual exe. I need the jcgriff2 zip.

I use a USB to connect.

There were no dumps included in your report. I do see that you are having crashes and the minidumps are being made. Do you run any type of system cleaners? Also, can you check C:\Windows\minidumps and see if they are in there and if they are zip them and upload it here.

While you wait, you can start with some basic hardware tests

Please run these tests and report back the results
1. Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
2. Prime95 - Run all three tests for 3-4 hours each or until fail - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html
3. Hard drive scan using SeaTools - SeaTools for Windows | Seagate - Both long and short tests
