Hello everybody. I have a blue screen problem every time I try to install adobe flash player. On a brand new installation of Windows 7 Ultimate x86, I get a blue screen related to some memory problems. I have run the memtest86+ and it didn't find anything bad to report. I have attached read the instructions and attached all you need to see what's happening. Thanks in advance for any of your help.

Due to the age of your system, I recommend checking hardware compatibility with Windows: Windows 7 Compatibility: Software Programs & Hardware Devices: Find Updates, Drivers, & Downloads.

Problem Devices:
Code:
Mass Storage Controller	PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803B&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\4&495F778&0&22F0	The drivers for this device are not installed.
Not Available	ACPI\TOS6205\5&767B7C&0	The drivers for this device are not installed.
Texas Instruments PCIxx12 device
Toshiba BlueTooth device

The above should be installed ASAP for your hardware to function properly. I have an old Toshiba that works fine, as well, with Windows 7. Your problems may be due to the above missing drivers. You can install them from the Toshiba site: http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp

You may need to use: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/98073-drivers-install-vista-drivers-windows-7-a.html.

All crashes caused by ESET Smart Security. What version of the software are you running? If you do not have the 2012 version, version 5, then I would recommend uninstalling the current version and then installing the latest version. If you already have the latest version, uninstall it and then download a fresh copy. Install the fresh copy. Your current installation is either out of date or corrupted. ESET Uninstall instructions may be helpful.

Thank you very much. I have done what you said and I don't have bluescreens until now. Let's hope that this was the cause of my problem. Thanks a lot again!!!

You're very welcome. :D Monitor the system and do your normal routine for a few days, and then post back whether your problem is resolved.
