Blue Screen Problem

Will address QuickHeal problem after few days because I had a hip replacement on both hips that's why I am not able to sit on pc daily and solve this issue. Should I update the Intel(R) 82578DC Gigabit Network Connection driver is that the reason I got blue screen now and understand my issue also and I am sorry also.
