Solved. I figured the viruses I removed from my Windows Files worked, but they left permenant corruption and I got someone professional to install Windows 7 again for me.
EDIT~~
I've experienced problems again, a ton more BSOD, and I attached a second health report, and added my new .dmp files to the previous folder.
My Memtest came out fine with 7 passes, and I uninstalled avast. The problem must be the drivers, right?
Hope I zipped it right..
To be editted with Proper sytem information-
x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
I believe it is a x64, though I have a Program Files (x86)
- the original installed OS on the system?
It is the only OS, and original.
It was what came with the laptop when I purchased it.
- an OEM or full retail version?
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer
It is an HP Pavillian dv4, I bought it January 2010
- What is the age of system (hardware)?
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)
I Have not re-installed the OS, though "Restored to Factory Settings" multiple times for temporary fixes. This is why I only have two crash dumps, where I could have twenty or more.
I replaced the RAM cards once, with the same size (2 2GB PNY cards)
Thank you for all help in advance.
