Solved. I figured the viruses I removed from my Windows Files worked, but they left permenant corruption and I got someone professional to install Windows 7 again for me.

EDIT~~
I've experienced problems again, a ton more BSOD, and I attached a second health report, and added my new .dmp files to the previous folder.
My Memtest came out fine with 7 passes, and I uninstalled avast. The problem must be the drivers, right?

Hope I zipped it right..
To be editted with Proper sytem information-

x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
I believe it is a x64, though I have a Program Files (x86)
- the original installed OS on the system?
It is the only OS, and original.

It was what came with the laptop when I purchased it.
- an OEM or full retail version?
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

It is an HP Pavillian dv4, I bought it January 2010

- What is the age of system (hardware)?
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)
I Have not re-installed the OS, though "Restored to Factory Settings" multiple times for temporary fixes. This is why I only have two crash dumps, where I could have twenty or more.

I replaced the RAM cards once, with the same size (2 2GB PNY cards)

Thank you for all help in advance.

I'll get on that right away, if any issues come up, besides more BSOD, I'll ask.
While updating, should I upload the new minidumps that I get?

Edit: During uninstallation, I recieved a Blue Screen.
This is going to take a long long while.

For example copy and paste in the website search box the iirsp.sys, the results is that
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx so follow that link, search for the driver
Use for further steps the Drivers and Downloads website
Find the driver name,read,search,
Search in manufacturers website.
Search in Google.

But there is a huge problem. My computer doesn't have Intel, I use AMD.
I don't understand what a driver is, what a RAID is, and how to do anything.

Example - I searched for the arc.sys on the Driver Reference.
It's a "Adaptec RAID Storport Driver" (What does that mean?)

Then I follow the link - Adaptec - Technical Support
and I am stuck, what do I download from the list?

I've searched quite a bit and still stuck on how to update the drivers. Perhaps I can get someone at the retail store to help me tomorrow... In the mean time I've started the Memtest, and passed twice. Going to leave it on overnight, as suggested and hopefully it'll pass 7 or more times.

Well for the moment lets keep it simple.
Do only this,
Uninstall Avast from ur system.
Download, install MSE Anti-Malware, Virus, Spyware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials
Then ran a RAM - Test with Memtest86+
If after the above you dont had/have again any bsod and memtest passes 100%
You finish and you are ok for now :)

SEems okay

I will mark thread as solved, since for the most part everything is okay.

I've had viruses in my Windows folder before, and no antivirus could really quite find them. Though I think everything is doing great.

I'll make sure to update this again if I get issues. Thanks for the help~ :D

Thank you (again) for any help in advance.

Thank you Panais. The problem was Windows Files corruption, and clearing out the Windows HDD partition should fix it, after reinstalling.

I'm sure there is no way you could've figured that out, with only a .dmp and a few health reports. I'm still unsure how the computer couldn't detect it though. Some hardcore viruses I got.
