Blue Screen when start up

Hello,
my pc got a blue screen when start up. i cant start my pc in security mode, nothing. pls some1 help me, i have importants docs in my hd, and i cant lose them..
I copy the blue screen message to a doc, and there it is:

some1 knows whats it?? It started when I passed some docs from my sister's pc to my pc, and now my pc doesnt works more

P.S.: My antivirus is Kaspersky, I scanned 4 times and he doesnt found any virus or something like that..

Hi.. tks for the attention.

I cant turn On my computer.. im using other pc, and I put my HD in this secondary pc, then I used kaspersky to verify if have some virus in my HD.

Yes, I can.. but im afraid, cus I think it is virus or something like that..
My fear is, I get my files and put on another computer, and if the other computer gives the same error? My sister and I'll lose it all .. and also, we will be without a computer.

I doubt it's a virus, but if you are concerned about it, run a scan with Malwarebytes.

You doubt? What do you think that is? I think it's virus, cus it only happened after I pass files from my sister's pc to my pc..
Im gonna run malwarebytes, just a sec, cus kaspersky scan is finishing..

Does the computer work fine in Safe Mode?

No.. safe mode generates the same error massage as the normal start up. The Win 7 startup recovery can not fix the problem...

Try to reboot the PC in debugging mode and see if that works. Because most of the times the Debug mode will disable automatic reboot. Then post us the dump files.

I'm doing it, but I stopped in Step 3. I dont know what I have to do in step 3 .. whats System Health Report?

When your Computer starts to reboot press F8 on keyboard it will give you advance boot options http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/666-advanced-boot-options.html just run the Tool and Zip the output fines here.

1. Click on the Start orb in the lower left of your screen

2. In the Search programs and files box, type perfmon /report.

3. You may have to go to the top of that window and click on perfmon/report. It will generate the report.
