Same issue.

When the situation is just the same irrespective of the driver version, it is not driver but something else.

The system is not overheating, too.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

I have try with Furmark it get's to 67°C and it runs real bad i got the lowest score , i think my CPU is at fault almost every time it runs at 100% , or my PSU. i could try to re-install my Windows , maybe in that way it will be solved.

How long you ran furmark? Can you complete the built in 15 minutes benchmark test?

If you think it is the CPU that is failing, test it.

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

But usually CPU failures are differently recorded in the crash dumps.

You cannot test the PSU unless you are an electrician. But you may apply a different PSU on a test basis.

A clean install should not help you in this issue, logically. But who knows.

Sorry, I can say only what the crash dump says. None of the statements are of me. So I will not change my saying based on anything else.

A stop 0x116 is always a display/graphics issue, never anything else. Both theoretically and technically.

If you are having the issue with chrome only, there are lots of other browsers. Use those.

But I cannot say that a browser is throwing the bugchecks.

Saying again, technically and theoretically a stop 0x116 cannot be a browser caused issue.

But if you think chrome is causing issues, and you have three other browsers, you have no reason to be worried. Forget chrome. Any essence of firefox is much better than it.

If I may.

I noticed you have Windows 7 built in Defender and Avast both running at the same time. That can cause online problems. I would recommend turning off Windows 7 Defender. I'm suprised that Avast didn't do that.

What have you been using the AVG Tuneup tool for?

Just some friendly advice.
Windows 7 does not need or want any TuneUp programs.
Their are ways of doing such things without such programs.

Many of us use Ccleaner without any problems. I recommend staying clear of the registry section unless you know your way around the registry.

When you get time read through this tutorial by Brink. You might find something you like to try. I seriously doubt one would need to do all of them.
