Hello guys,

I am very sorry to trouble you with such problems, but I really need your help. My computer has recently began to act weird. Suddenly, when I am watching a movie or playing go, blue screen appears, and this appears too '' Windows has detected a problem and needs to restart. ''

The blue screen continue to stay for 10 - 20 second and then the PC restarts!

That makes me really angry every time! My operating system is Windows 7, please, please help!

Thank you!
Best Regards
Stef

Jonathan_King, Lemur, thank you very much for the warm weclome! Here is a more detailed account of my problem. Please let me know if I have uploaded the stuff wrong, and I will try again.

1 - My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate
2 - It is not the original disc - some computer engineer installed that OS and it is not licenced.
3 - He just installed it on my PC - I have no idea what if it is a OEM or full retail.
4 - The OS was installed on the 11 of April and I bought the PC on the 7 of February 2009, haven't changed anything since then.
5 - I mean that on the 10 of April this year my previous OS, i.e Windows XP crashed and a computer engineer ( or at least he claimed to be ) came and installed Windows 7
6 - Here is the System Health Report.
7 - This is all :)

I wonder if your old Realtek drivers are the cause. Please install these ones: Realtek

Hello Stefany,

It appears the "computer engineer" did not install a legitimate Windows on your machine. Do you still have contact with him? If so, I recommend contacting him, and asking him about the key he used to activate.

He apparently used an OEM key to install Windows 7, on a machine that already had an OS on it. That itself is breaking the license terms, as he should have used either an Upgrade key, or Full Retail.

Furthermore, the method he used to activate is awfully shady, commonly associated with pirates.

Unfortunately, according to the forum rules, like our admin z3r010 posted (here), we cannot give support anymore.

Good luck with the "computer engineer". :)

~JK
