UltraMon is recently causing issues with Win7, remove it temporarily unless we sort out this issue

My OS Windows 7 Enterprise 32 Bit

Note that 32-bit can only use up to 3.25GB of RAM, you are basically losing 4.75GB of your RAM. Use 64-bit for a better experience

Ill try your suggestion and see how its working

The reason i'm using 32 bit is that i working with software which i think will not

work well with 64 bit

P.s

I Have looked on the dmp file with notpad and could not find any mention

of Audio 8 dj and Ultramoon

Would you be kind enough and tell me where can i find this on my dmp report

(Just In case it will happen again)

We extract the drivers and their dates from the dump files using the program WinDbg. This is the program most of here use to analyze dump files.

All software(more than 99.9% of them) work on 64-bit

yowanvista is correct. Most 32bit software will run fine on Win7 64bit OS.

Can you tell us what software you are concerned about?

Your options are to install Win7 64bit or you might as well take out 4GB RAM as the OS can't use it.

If some software just don't work well with 64-bit - you may want to try it on a virtualization software.
