Please follow carefully this steps and upload ur minidump (the file ur upload has no a minidump files)

The minidump folder location is C:\Windows Minidump,zip the Minidump folder and upload it here.

In meantime,download and install http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER
Download MSE http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx
Uninstall AVAST,clean registry with ccleaner,restart.
Install,MSE,restart.

Please for the moment follow the above steps and also,
Download, http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-magicdisc-overview.htm
Uninstall DAEMON Tools Lite,clean with ccleaner,restart.
Instal,magicdisc,restart.

I ran Memtest for 12 hours with 0 errors. I also did a did a disk check and an sfc scan which found no integrity violations.

Please update ur graphic card software/drive MSI Global – Search
And update directX

Couldn't get any driver to work without more bluescreens so I'm using the on board video. So far so good.

You can try this,
Download the most recent driver for ur nvidia 9500GT http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Download and install http://www.phyxion.net/item/driver-sweeper.html
Disable the onboard graphic card.
1. Uninstall nvidia driver.
2. Reboot your PC in Safe Mode.
3. Run Driver Sweeper and select what to clean.
4. Analyse lists all the entries to remove, cleaning removes the entries selected.
5.Restart in normal mode,install the new nvidia driver,restart.
