Blue Screen

I occasionally get a blue screen when I try to access pictures or documents associated with Office 2010. The info I get is as follows:

Bsod

I have made the zip file of my crashes per instructions, but when I try to browse to get the files to upload, I get the BSOD Any advice? Thanks
