Blue Screen

Hi, any help will be appreciated. Blue screen kept on appearing. I have attached the dump file. I'm not a computer expert so your patience is much needed to guide me on this issue.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried running the test with no error and pass. My laptop turn off by itself when it is still running at 87%. Should I continue to run it again?

Hmm, i would suggest you to keep attention of the CPU temperature, it will say the CPU temperature when you are running it.

The CPU temperature range from 68 - 69. Is it too hot? I'm re-running the test again. Will keep you posted

Hi, there's an error while running on the 2nd pass. I've attached image for reference. Not sure of I should end it as per the instruction given. I have zero knowledge on changing rams. What should i do?

That is Memtest86, i told you to run MemTest86+, but that doesn't matter anymore. Your only choice is to test each stick one by one and see what stick is failing.
