Blue screen..

I restarted my Notebook last night and now I get a blue screen BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO and it just keeps recycling and windows won't startup. I tried everything! I didn't add or do anything different in my Notebook, I can't even enter safe mode or go back to last god configuration, system restore doesn't work either.. I am really stumped, I even tried the bcdedit in CMD prompt and nothing works, I have a win 7 Compaq Presario CQ60-220US
