Almost every time my computer is startimg up my computer it blue screens memory dump and restarts .

Looks like avgldx64.sys is to blame - it's a component of your AVG protection.
Please do the following:

Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the AVG from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of AVG using this free tool: AVG Antivirus and Security Software - Tools download
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's

Also, please remove this program from your system: B's Recorder GOLD by B.H.A Corporation The driver cdrbsdrv.SYS is from 2006 and is likely to be incompatible with Win7.

I'm starting to think that this may be due to a malware problem (I'm having similar issues with a friends computer as I type).

This is a STOP 0xC0000221: STATUS_IMAGE_CHECKSUM_MISMATCH error - and it usually results (IME) from malware changing files on the system and not adjusting the checksum.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
