Bluescreen after complete destructive restore

hi, im trying to play the football manager 2011 game and it forces the computer into a crash, has also done this before i installed the game.

i attempted to rectify this by deleting and reinstalling the system, but i get the same problem.

the message i recieve upon restarting it is....

Sorry to be so foolish but im in start and have typed in the whole sentence, nothing comes up, ive found a system called performance monitor, i assume this is the correct thing?

what then happenes is i get a screen that has times listed across the bottom, is this the right place as i see no option for system health check.

ok, ive attempted this as far as the memory test....how do i know if there are any errors?
if so is it expensive to fix?
