Before posting this thread i did a bit of research, some saying that this is caused by large sata drives(i ve got 2 samsung 1TB satas with raid 0) and i installed the hotfix issued by microsoft (Windows6.1-KB977178-x64) but it doesn't really help.

The general description of this crash is as following:

All the memory dumps appear to point at your Realtek network driver Rt64win7.sys. Please do the following:
- download a fresh copy of the driver package from the Realtek website.
- uninstall the current drivers from your system
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's.

It appears that you have a copy of Daemon Tools installed. I'd suggest uninstalling that until we finish troubleshooting these issues. Some versions of Daemon Tools have BSOD issues with some Win7 systems. Feel free to reinstall the program once we're done troubleshooting.

Here's the summary of the BSOD's. Please note that the Realtek driver isn't mentioned in them. It's in the full memory dump analysis. I've posted a copy of one of the full analysis' after the summary (the Realtek driver is highlighted in RED):

thank you usasma, i am now downlaoding the latest drivers from gigabyte and have disabled daemon tools from starting up, lets see how it goes :)

Disabling Daemon tools from starting up is not the answer if the sptp.sys driver is still loading. You should uninstall Daemon Tools then use this uninstaller to remove all traces of sptd.sys. Choose uninstall; don't choose reinstall. You can always reinstall Daemon Tools again.

Both of these dumps are still error code 9F, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE, and still blame Rt64win7.sys. However, this driver is up to date. I still see sptd.sys on your system. You are going to have to remove this known cause of BSOD's. Uninstall Daemon Tools. Run this uninstaller to uninstall sptd.sys: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select the uninstall option; do no not select reinstall. After you do this, run your system. If you get another BSOD, upload it and we will go from there.

If removing the sptd.sys file doesn't fix the errors, then I'd suggest that you purchase an Ethernet card. They're about $15 at most retailers - and it's a good idea to have a spare on-hand just in case.

i have uninstalled SPTD using the tool provided by CarlTR6, and let's see how it goes next. if i still have the same issue, can we conclude this problem is definitely caused by the ethernet card? because my pc is still under warranty, if there is an issue, i can get the motherboard changed, will that help? :)

Both your latest dumps identify Rt64win7.sys as the cause of DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f).

And you have the latest driver for Realtek 8136/8168/8169 :

Rt64win7.sys Fri Sep 03 08:58:32 2010

Could be S1/S3 bios set wrong.

I'd try to check for the latest versions:

You have Eset Smart Security 2010, so you may want to try MSE instead, but I don't think it's involved (using this myself for many years). Yet you may wanna try MSE.

We can't be definitely sure, but the evidence is there.
At work this is the point where we'd test with another network card.

Having a spare network card is a good thing, as you'll be able to use it to connect to the internet if a lightning strike takes out the current card (it's happened to me at least twice).

Or, you can purchase one from a store that will let you return it.

Or, you can talk with the warranty people to see what they want to do.
