Thank you for the help in advance. This bluescreen occurs when I am playing Final Fantasy 14 from time to time, and it seems very random. It doesn't occur every time.
This happens on my laptop which came with Windows 7 Home Premium x64 but this month I purchased and did a clean install of Windows Ultimate. On the system report it says I have no Anti-Virus but I am using AVG 2011. I'm guessing it is because I am also using the Windows firewall but I'm not sure. Please analyze for me. Thanks again.

These was caused by the final fantasy controller driver. I would check the mfr site to see if there is an update, or failing that re-install it.

Also of note these drivers need updating
Code:
TVALZ_O.SYS 11/8/2007 11:08:41 PM fffff880`018fc000 fffff880`01900e80 0x00004e80 0x4733cf39
L1C62x64.sys 4/1/2009 1:09:17 AM fffff880`045a9000 fffff880`045bb000 0x00012000 0x49d2f6fd

Also, your AVG may be interfering (it is known to cause BSOD's on some systems) and I would remove and replace it with Microsoft security essentials

Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide

Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

I'd suggest that you first backup your stuff and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vista you'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair your computer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

Then, here's the procedure:
- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.

Wow. Thank you so much, I'm glad it was something as simple as the Controller Driver, I didn't realize that little thing could cause such crashes, I'll check for an update or reinstall and if it happens again I just won't use that controller. I'll also take your advice on uninstalling AVG, it's not my favorite in the first place.
Also sorry for asking another question and I should definitely get to knowing this but on those 2 drivers that need updating, what exactly are they and where should I go to obtain them?

Yes especially this one which is Related to L1C62x64.sys L1c PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller from Atheros Communications, Inc.

This one not so much, in fact may not even be necessary. This is Related to TVALZ_O.SYS TOSHIBA ACPI-Based Value Added Logical and General Purpose Device Driver from TOSHIBA Corporation
