Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

There was a services expection at your svchost.exe that usually casued by a Firewall or Antivirus.

I would recommend to uninstall your AVG completely and run thr Removal Tool and make sure all the entries are cleared. Update your BIOS Firmware.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic
Start > CMD > Right Click and Run as Administrator > SFC /SCANNOW

and it shows no problem .my computer still freez.how i can detect hardware problem .is it for Temperature. thanks
