My computer froze with a BSOD and I had to turn it off with the on/off button.
When I tried to turn it back on again it would not bootup.
So I unpluged it and held the on/off button for 2 minutes, and I was able
to get the computer to turn on. However after a short time the screen went black
and no signal was going to the monitor. I tried holding the on/off button (unplugged)
like before but it did not work this time. I waited about 30 minutes and this time the
computer turned on. I ran a diagnostic and got a message : Windows reports the
"SuperMounter" device not working properly
I do not know what this SuperMounter is and I tried finding it in the device manager but
it was not there.
Could some one advise me as to what I should do.
Thanks
