motherboard MSI K8N Neo4-FI/Platinum (MS-7125)

CPU typ DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2000 MHz (10 x 200) 3800+

ATI Radeon HD 3650 (RV635) Grafikkort

win 7 64 bits

The Problem is reocurring bluescreen crashes, uploaded 4 dump files. The wierd thing is they happen in different scenarious. Once 40 mins onto a movie, without mc. often while using media center, and sometimes while just surfing and downloading.

I thought it was lack of memory so I upgraded with additional 2gb.

please help me!

Hi and welcome

In looking at these crashes there were four different causes. In one chrome, an other IE, the third your video driver, and the fourth A memory problem.

When there are this many causes it makes me think hardware. I would first look at the memory.
download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes.

If the memory is clear I would run a system file check to verify and repair system files
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

Let us know the result as you may have to run these again

now Ive done the testing. i got tested both memory pairs in two different sequences. both worked fine, that is 2gb. but i got a stall in cpu at one test with 4gb if im not mistaken. scannow showed nothing wrong.

i could try to benchmark the cpu and create a dump file in everest?

What's the wattage/model of your power supply? These sporadic errors could also indicate a faulty power supply.
