Hello,

My computer is having an issue where when i play certain games, it freezes up, the screen gets 'choppy' seperates into different colours and the monitor goes into 'power saving' mode. Then restarts.

It used to do it for a handful of games well on windows vista (mass effect 1, supreme commander(only the expansion) GTA 4, Call of duty modern warefare) ect. also some less graphic instense games (empire: total war, sins of a solar empire)

but it has never done it for World of warcraft, or many other games.

I recently reformatted my computer and installed windows 7. I have been able to play through mass effect 1 and 2 with not a single issue. Empire total war has not had an issue either. I have no installed Battlefield Bad company 2, and i cant play for longer then 30 mins without getting this error. My comp stats are below, as well as what i could find regarding the error details.

Please help. I have tried uploading the SF diagnostic tool, but my compressed file is 51.4mb

i should also note, i ran memtest...no errors.

i am trying to attach the sf diaognostic file. but i am still unable too as it is over 50mb. Attached is a copy of the one 'minidump' file it would let me copy (there was 2, but it wont let me copy the other due to 'administrator' permission...even though i am the administrator)
