It seems that your VirtualBox network adapter is causing the trouble. You're already running the latest version of those drivers, which eliminates the usual suggestion: update. I am using the same version myself with no troubles, and I haven't seen other BSODs caused by this version. I'm guessing you have either a buggy installation or a conflict with another driver.

If I had to guess at what driver would be conflicting, it would have to be one of your "real" network adapter drivers; specifically, your Ralink wireless or nVidia ethernet. I see you are currently using the Ralink, so that's most likely. Both are outdated, it may pay to update them:
Code:
netr7364.sys    Sun Sep 23 23:08:50 2007 (46F72A42) - Ralink Wireless
[url=http://www.ralinktech.com/support.php]Ralink corp.[/url]

nvm62x64.sys    Fri Oct 17 17:01:06 2008 (48F8FD12) - part of nForce package
[url=http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us]Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers[/url]
If that doesn't work, we can work around it a bit. Your "VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter" is what was causing the crash. If you go to Device Manager, right-click on that network adapter, and disable it, it should no longer cause BSODs. You can then go to your virtual machine and change the network adapter to "Bridged adapter".
