Uninstall your Nvidia drivers then use driver sweeper to remove leftover nvidia driver files
http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/

Reinstall your Nvidia drivers NVIDIA DRIVERS 260.99 WHQL

Second most recent dump blames a stop 0x124 error caused by a hardware failure (most probably your 8800GT)

While you are at it after doing what Yowanvista suggested you should

1- remove stpd.sys

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

2- update old drivers--especially those dated before 2009. YOu have drivers from 2003 to present.
Code:
alcacr.sys 0x94a82000 12/8/2003 05:53:36 0x94a82d60 0x3fd45830 0x00000d60
alcawh.sys 0x94a7e000 12/8/2003 05:53:41 0x94a7f200 0x3fd45835 0x00001200
alcaudsl.sys 0x94a6e000 12/8/2003 05:53:43 0x94a7dc40 0x3fd45837 0x0000fc40
alcan5wn.sys 0x94a83000 12/8/2003 05:53:46 0x94a8f440 0x3fd4583a 0x0000c440
l260x86.sys 0x92abf000 10/17/2008 01:17:03 0x92acc000 0x48f82ddf 0x0000d000

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
