hi folks i have been problem with my windows when i put my windows on sleep and turn it on back a bluescreen pop ups rly fast and it restart my pc also using window 7 ultimate 64

i have window 7 window 7 install the graphics and i check for update my graphics card it was already update i don't think its for my graphics card because i also try to install window vista and try to update the windows my pc keeps crashing same Blue Screen came so i don't think its my graphics card

First off, would you mind adding some punctuation? It is difficult enough to read without capital letters but it is even harder without punctuation.

Second, you need to go to your card manufacturers website and download the drivers from there, don't use windows update.
