I am getting a BSOD every once in a while. Could some one analyze this mini-dump for me? It would be much appreciated.

One question on the intel drivers, which file should I dl the enu or cd ver?

OK, I updated per your post. The Matrix manager was loaded with Iastor.

I used the cd ver of the files?

They are basically the same. Enu is the English Language Pack. Cd is the Multi Language Pack.
The Matrix manager was loaded with Iastor. Yeah, I forgot that happens!!
