Bluetooth and Wifi do not work

Hi. I am having a serious problem. My bluetooth doesn't work at all. Wifi works sometimes. I think it does not show some of the available networks. I need a solution to this problem. It will be so much appreciated.

model: dell inspiron n4050
OS: windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

Open up a command prompt . Click on the rb: button type CMD , right click and choose Run as administrator . Input the commands below

wmic bios get serialnumber

So I could see which driver goes to your specific model
