I Have a Hp notebook model dv5-1070-el with windows 7 ultimate, so i wanted to add my DR-BT20NX bluetooth headset, but the system don't find the bluetooth headset driver.

Are you sure you have Bluetooth Services turned on?
The default position is often that it's set to manual, and not automatic, start - hence the Bluetooth service does not run when you boot the machine... see screengrab...

As Qdos was saying, turn it on, make sure the device is discoverable, and then pair it.
