Hello,

I've just bought a mini Bluetooth USB Dongle and a Bluetooth Headset (MaiaXong Q7). The headset works great with my iPod and laptop but when I connect the Headset to my computer, a driver named, "Q7 (Mono Audio)", doesn't get installed. There is already one "Q7 (Mono Audio)" driver installed by the headset but it again has to do it. I don't know why! I've tried formatting my computer, getting another Bluetooth dongle and even troubleshooting but it doens't work. Need Immidiate help ASAP!

Hello and welcome MtZanetix now where are you getting this driver from? The other thing I don't quite understand is you say the driver has installed yet when you hook up the headset it ? tries to install it again??

I have already fixed it myself. I just had to switch on the bluetooth headset and go to "Sound-> Bluetooth Hands-free Audio" right-click on it and click "Connect". A pop-up will show up saying that A bluetooth device is trying to connect. Type in the code and it is connect SUCCESSFULLY! BTW Thanks for your Kind instant reply.

No worries my friend sometime I think we always go looking for the hard stuff when it is really something quite simple - I am probably the worlds worst at that LOL!!:)
