I have a Dell Latitude E5550 laptop. I am able to get my Bluetooth headset to work after reinstalling the most current Dell drivers. However, once I reboot the laptop, the headset will pair, but I get no sound. The Headset is set as the default audio device and shows as connected in device manager. I would really like to get this working without having to reinstall drivers every time.

Zoam, it might be worth a shot to delete the bluetooth & headset (driver too) profiles from Device Manager, and reboot to let it install them on its own. When you reboot, let the bluetooth get through its install, then pair your headset and let it find the drivers for you. Hopefully this will end your sound woes.

Keep us posted, Good Luck!

DealerMan, I will give that a shot. Thank you for your response. I will give an update tomorrow when I can get my hands on the computer again.
