Solved bluetooth in win 7

You can try GodMode.

Though people on internet refer it to GodMode, I prefer to call it "Master Control Panel". Once this system folder is created you may rename it to any name you wish.
As my system does not have Bluetooth and Infrared, my GodMode shortcut does not contain these applets.
You may give it a try and hopefully you get Bluetooth and Infrared applets in this.

I would imagine you won't have a bluetooth applet unless you have installed a bluetooth adapter.
