bluetooth not working

hello i have a presario cq62 105TU lately my bluetooth has stopped working.cannot detect other devices or vice versa.though the bluetooth icon shows in the system tray.I have already installed the hp integrated module for bluetooth also the software support for the same.can someone please help.

Uninstall the driver using device manager then reboot and then us install the most recent driver.

sorry for the late reply. I tried that but, it is not working. Any other suggestions. I tried the trial version of bluesoliel , it works. But i really need the microsoft bluetooth to work like before. Also if it helps i have already tried windows mobile center, broadcom 2070 uninstalled windows update to the point before the problem began. So any help would be appreciated .

i ahve hp dv pavillion 9500 laptop whenever i turn on my bluetooth,system gets hang and stops workign,even if it remain working,it does not detect any device or vice versa.If you have any suggestion plz let me knw,thanx in advance
