Bluetooth stack software needed? (for x64)

I tried downloading this installer from Broadcom Broadcom.com - Bluetooth Software Download but while installing it says that "this program cannot upgrade your software. Please contact the manufacturer of your Bluetooth device for support." Then the install ends there. Im attaching a screen shot below.
