I just bought a Bluetooth Dongle from ebay, i plugged it in and immediatly Windows started installing the drivers for it on it own. It says it's all working properly but for some reason i can't get my LG KF600 Cell Phone to Pair with it. The computer doesn't recognize it, and my phone doesn't recognize my computer.

Anyone know anything about this?

go to settings, connectivity, USB connection, and then select data service . when you did this, connect you phone and PC together via USB cable ! when you connect it, you WILL NOT see any notification from you phone regarding the connection. BUT you phone is connected ! open you software and click on connection. there should not be any problem there !
