bluetooth

i have installed new window on my laptop-dell vostro 1015,,it is windows 7 ultimate- 32bit.
before istalling it, my bluetooth was working properly, but now it is not. i have tried troubleshooting,and it had discovered 3 problem-generic bluetooth adaptor,base system device and network compuer are not working properly. pls help what to do

1)Please post a picture of your device manager.
To do so click rb:
in the search box type in "Device manager", click on it once it pops up in the search list.
Please post a picture of it.

2)You may also want to try Windows Update, both recommended updates and optional updates, many times they have the drivers required for a lot of hardware.

3)If that does not work try this
Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]

Download and install it.
Any errors please report back before continuing. Also please follow my advice in the order from 1 to 3

Or if your not comfortable and require more guidance on any of the steps please let me know.
