help required having problems,accidentally deleted bluetooth in device manager how to re install it please.have downloaded all bluetooth drivers from acer site but cant install.

what happens when you try installing the driver? get any error message?

hi update to my thread have installed realtec audio driver now have bluetooth but in device manager under sound and video game controllers.bluetooth audio device.this device cannot start code 10 object path component was not a directory object.anyone help me please.

code 10 is no driver need a driver for it.

sorry should of explained what i was looking for so do this
Open the Device Manager
Right Click on the Device in question
Properties
Details Tab
in the drop down menu choose hardware id's then copy and paste it here.

sorry do not know how to copy and paste but it says driverprovider Qualcom Atheros communications

Does your laptop comes with a pre-installed windows7 on it?
In the Acer website the model of your laptop does not support any other OS: Download Drivers and Manuals | Acer Official Site
it only shows a download of win8/8.1 drivers.

ShoTTaS your correct I had installed win 7 but now have put win 8 back on and upgraded to 8.1 got bluetooth working.many thanks to all that replied.
