Boot Error 0xc000000e

Hello im hoping someone can help me.
I was cloning a Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit install HDD on my HP Laptop and when it was done i removed the usb without safley removing it in the system tray.
Now when i boot up (with the original HDD) i get an error:

Windows failed to start. A Recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your langugae settings, and then click next
3. Click "repair your computer.
"Status: 0xc000000eInfo: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

Ive searched some other forums and tried DISKPART and BCDEDIT but there are no partitions to be found just disk 0 and 1 thats all i can seem too come up with at the command prompt.
Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest starting all troubleshooting with the following diagnostic tests. They'll save you a lot of time and heartache if there is a hardware failure, and you'll have the disks on hand in case you need them in the future:

H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

If there's no data on the partitions, then all your stuff is likely to be gone.
Do you want to attempt to recover anything?
Although there are some free recovery tools, the majority range from expensive to very expensive.

Thanks again for the reply.
I can see the partitions using Acronis Disc Director 11 boot disc, and also explore the folders in the partions and see the data. I just cant seem to make Windows see the partitions.
Backing up the data isnt a problem i have a program for that.

Then I'd suggest backing up your stuff and then reinstall Windows.
