Hi guys.Brought the laptop into Microage and they phoned an hour later that diagnostics showed the hard drive was toast.Should have it back in a few days.I phoned Business Depot because last week they charged me $49 plus tax for diagnostic test that showed no hardware problem.Talked with manager and when i bring in repair paperwork they'll reimburse me for that.I'll use the refund to buy a laptop cooling pad.Any opinions as to a good reliable cooling pad?I've read bad reviews for one by Belkin.Thanks guys for all the help.

well.got laptop back with new h/d installed and everything's good now.have to see if others who have same problem also have h/d failure or if not what the fix was.have a good day.
