Hello, as of this morning, my computer suddenly had a crash and failed to boot. The automatic Windows Error Recovery/Startup Recovery had no affect on these boot failures, as well as using System Restore.
Not sure what I can do with command prompt to help in this situation, accessing either MSConfig or Regedit hasn't been attempted yet.
Trying F8 and all variations of Safemode failed. Normally, driver loading screen visibly reached as far as CLASSPNP.sys before stopping and giving a small text notice that it's starting in safemode, only to restart.
If disabling auto-restart, BSODing into this:
STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFFFFF880009A97E8 0xFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000
I'm posting on a library computer, and have managed to gather some boot info. Here is the bootlog ntbtlog.txt I managed to get using bootlogging and going into the first Startup Recovery prompt (searching through windows explorer Open from a txt file).
log - Pastebin.com
As of this moment, I'm going to try several other things. I've already tried defaulting BIOS, but I might not have changed SATA to IDE (not RAID or AHCI), or possibly Compatibility if that's an option.
Hopefully I'm not forgetting anything, as the library is closing! Thank you, I will be back tomorrow if trying CTRL - BREAK during the boot freeze doesn't work.
