Boot F8 Options Dual Boot

Hi
I followed a guide on how to remove the new Blue metro boot screen with dual boot Win 10 and 7. PC boots ok apart from when you select f8 options it boots straight to the selected windows with no option to run safe mode or repair. Im not sure what Ive done wrong any idea?

1. No options f8 Safe Mode, ect when- selecting Win10 or 7 if you press f8 it loads straight to Win 7
