F12 & DEL etc aren't responding. Damn thing keeps throwing up Win 7. Maybe as keyboard is USB flash wireless connection not recognised at motherboard startup point???

It's very possible the BIOS is not seeing the keyboard but Windows can load drivers for it and work. Usually a setting in the BIOS for Legacy USB has to be Enabled but may need a PS/2 keyboard plugged in to do it.
