Boot from .wim?

How can i boot from .wim, so i can install windows, as I do not currently have access to a DVD or USB.

I want to boot from the .wim which i extracted to W:\sources\boot.wim

along with the rest of the install DVD in the W drive.

You can just run the setup.exe file from Windows, found in the installation files.

yea but i also want to use the recovery tools in the windows pe image after I install.

No i cant do that, becuase im merging the Windows 7 PE, with my norton recovery CD from ghost, so it will be a single Wim, I just need to find out how to boot from it.

Given that you have no usb or DVD, is it an option for you to install windows as Jonathon suggested above and then change the windows recovery options to point to your new *.wim? If so this might help How to replace default Windows 7 Recovery Environment in Diagnostic and Recovery Toolset – TechPlat.com.

Otherwise, I guess it's theoretically possible to alter your installation media to boot from the *.wim; but you'd need to reconfigure the Windows 7 Boot options to work in a similar way to that of the USB installations and that of an installed Windows boot Loader, have a look here for the latter Windows 7, "Repair your computer" F8 boot option not working (SOLVED) | Forums. This is not my favourite solution but if you go with this I'd be interested to see your working model. Good luck.

I don't think EasyBCD can operate off the store.

I believe your best bet is to follow those instructions, substituting the .wim file or your choice.
